Booking Policy Thank you for your interest in booking this premium training session. This service offers educational access to methods typically used by licensed investigators. Please read the following policy carefully before booking. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. A link will be sent to your email upon confirmation. If you do not receive your link within 24 hours of booking, please contact datesure@identisurecode10.com. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session once with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be refunded minus a 20% processing fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable due to limited session availability and preparation time. Intellectual Property Protection This session contains proprietary investigative techniques. Recording is strictly prohibited unless a separate licensing agreement has been purchased and signed. Redistribution, resale, training of others, or reuse of material from this session without written permission from V.O.P Investments, LLC DBA IdentiSure: A Code10 Company is a violation of our terms and may result in legal action. If a recording license is purchased, the client must sign an intellectual property agreement prior to the session.
