2. Services Offered
IdentiSure: A Code10 Company provides services including, but not limited to:
- Background checks (employment and personal)
- Fingerprinting services (digital only)
- Notary services
- Government contract support
- Dating background verification (DateSure)
Service availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, in accordance with applicable law.
We are a SAM.gov-registered vendor and maintain compliance readiness for federal investigative services. Government agency requests may be governed by separate contractual terms beyond the scope of this website. Fingerprinting services are currently in development and will be available soon.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Only request services you are legally authorized to receive
- Not use our services for unlawful purposes or to harm others
- Cooperate with identity verification and consent requirements
4. Payment Terms
All payments are due in full at the time of booking or service unless otherwise agreed. No refunds will be issued once a background check or fingerprinting process has begun.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and other secure payment platforms listed at checkout.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late appointments may be subject to rescheduling fees. If you do not arrive at your appointment on time, we may not be able to complete your service.
6. Confidentiality & Data Use
We handle your personal data with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information unless legally required or authorized by you.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and handling of your data for the intended purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:
- Delays in service delivery
- Inaccurate information provided by you or third parties
- Use or misuse of your reports
- Third-party service interruptions (e.g., payment processor outages)
We provide information and results based on public records and authorized sources, and cannot guarantee outcomes or employment decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, logos, graphics, and service descriptions, is the property of V.O.P Investments, LLC DBA IdentiSure: A Code10 Company and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Georgia law in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Gwinnett County.
