A legal disclaimer

1. General Policy

All services provided by IdentiSure: A Code10 Company are non-refundable once work has begun or documents have been submitted. Due to the nature of our services including background screenings, digital document handling, and identity-sensitive tasks, refunds are not issued after a request has been processed, regardless of outcome.

2. Services Covered

This refund policy applies to all services offered through this website, including:

• Employment and contractor background checks

• Personal background screening (DateSure)

• Notary and mobile notary services

• Fingerprinting (upon availability)

• Government/commercial service requests

3. Cancellations Before Service Begins

If you cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours prior to the appointment and no data or forms have been submitted, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a processing or administrative fee.

 

To cancel, please email info@identisurecode10.com with your full name, service type, and appointment time.

4. Missed Appointments & No-Shows

Clients who miss appointments, arrive more than 10 minutes late, or fail to provide required documents may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling without a new payment. A rescheduling fee may apply.

5. Unsatisfactory Results

We provide information retrieved from authorized databases and public records. Because we do not create the data, we cannot guarantee outcomes (e.g., clean records, match results) and do not issue refunds based on report content.

6. Service Denial or Refusal

We reserve the right to decline services if false information is submitted, authorization forms are incomplete, or legal risks are present. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Questions or Refund Inquiries

If you believe a refund exception should be considered, contact us in writing within 3 days of your original service date. Include your full name, service details, and reason for the request.

8. Chargebacks

 

By purchasing any service through this website, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

All services provided are billed for the time, effort, and resources required, regardless of the outcome of a background check or fingerprinting request.

 

Initiating a chargeback for a valid, authorized service may be treated as fraud and reported to the appropriate financial institution or legal authority. If a chargeback is filed for a service that has already been rendered, we reserve the right to pursue collection or legal action to recover any associated costs or losses.
