Service Description
This booking is for a speaking engagement only, led by the Investigator. It is intended to spark dialogue, raise awareness, and empower your audience through real-world insight on dating safety, justice advocacy, and culturally specific empowerment. This is not a presentation, workshop, or instructional session. No slides, training materials, or how-to demonstrations are included. Speaking engagements are designed for impact, not instruction. The Investigator draws from extensive experience in federal law enforcement, psychology, and victim advocacy to speak on topics such as: Recognizing patterns of manipulation and red flags in relationships The intersection of dating safety and public record awareness Empowering marginalized communities with culturally specific safety tools The role of justice advocacy in preventing relationship harm This session is ideal for: Community organizations Empowerment panels College groups Women’s safety or wellness events Faith-based initiatives If you are seeking a recorded training, instructional content, or material that can be reused or included in a course, please inquire about licensing options or educational service offerings. Unauthorized recording, reuse, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking Investigator Wooten as your featured speaker. This policy outlines the terms for preparation, payment, cancellation, and intellectual property protection. Booking & Payment Speaking engagements must be booked with full payment at the time of confirmation. Preparation begins immediately upon booking, including time spent customizing content for your audience and reviewing your platform. Refund & Cancellation Policy Because work begins immediately after booking, cancellations made after 36 hours of booking are eligible for a 50% refund only. Cancellations made within 36 hours of the original booking may receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event date are non-refundable. If the client must reschedule, they may do so once at no additional charge, as long as the new date is within 30 days and notice is given at least 5 days in advance. Recording & Usage Client may record the speaking engagement for internal use only, unless a separate licensing agreement has been signed. All presentation materials, scripts, and language shared by Investigator Wooten remain the intellectual property of V.O.P Investments, LLC DBA IdentiSure: A Code10 Company. Public redistribution, course integration, or promotional use requires written permission and additional licensing fees. Host Responsibilities The host must provide event access details (Zoom link or physical location) and any audience information or talking point requests at least 72 hours prior to the event. Any changes to topic or format after booking may require additional preparation time or an updated agreement.
